Designer / Builder Scott Kriscenski leads s.b.k. design + build with over twenty years of architectural design and construction experience. His exceptional capacity for guiding homeowners through every step of the renovation process is what builds his stellar reputation as Boston's Vintage Home Specialist.

While studying Architectural Engineering & Technology at Hartford State Technical College, Scott worked for Hartford West Builders in Bloomfield, CT. Focused on traditional materials and techniques, Scott apprenticed with a variety of craftsman from different trades on high-profile projects including a House Beautiful featured home.

Scott moved to Boston in 1990 and continued design studies at the Boston Architectural College. He established s.b.k. design + build in 1994, initially specializing in custom built cabinetry and home theatre. Year on year, s.b.k. design + build has grown in scope and now provides construction supervision for all types of residential and commercial projects. Scott's expertise is widely recognized throughout Boston and he has served as a panelist for Build Boston Residential Design.

An avid outdoorsman, Scott enjoys climbing, skiing, mountain biking and joins the annual Thunderbolt race at Mt. Greylock - the highest point in Massachusetts. He and his family live in a restored 1876 Victorian home in Boston.
